  • All Vendors must be open during business days and hours
  • All Space build-outs, signs, & banners must have prior approval
  • Sales limited ONLY to approved merchandise

License Rates vary by space size and location; multiple spaces negotiable. Individual retail spaces, starting at $900 min. Individual food area spaces: $900.00 min.

  • License Fee - 1st, last month and Security Deposit (flexible start up opportunities)

+ Vendor Selection

Spaces Available for experienced vendors:

  • Merchandise must be approved
  • Positive earnings track record
  • Sufficient up-front investment
  • References required
